PEI Fly King

Fresh water fishing season starts on select rivers across PEI on April 15th each year and goes until September 15th. There are extended seasons for certain species of fresh water fish. Rainbow trout fishing on PEI is delayed by one month starting on May 15th and runs until November 15th on certain river systems across PEI. Daily catch limits do apply with most species.

Open season Atlantic salmon (catch and release only) runs from June 1st to September 15th. Please check provincial regulations for further details on salmon sport fishery on PEI.
